Easy2Bill is a program in Java, JSP, C# with a MS Sql database that allows you to manage your Telecom company. In this framework, it will be possible for you to work with the line service set ups, mobile and ADSL.

As a CRM, Easy2Bill allows you to manage your customers in a complete way. Thus, you will be able to encode your new customers,
to modify them or to eliminate them.
From the card customer, you will be able to get all the details: its bills, its communications, its services, its prices,...

A Telecom company cannot work without CDR management. CDR, daily or monthly,
is able to be imported manual or automatic.
In fact, an automated system allows you to import your CDR without anything to do.
If your supplier furnishes the CDR by FTP or Extranet, a Service Web will look for the CDR and will import it automatically
into your data base.
To automate each importation of a CDR, the application can send a summarized e-mail of the imported communications in Excel.

The ADSL activations come automatically from the application. In fact, the questions to the supplier are done
from the programs and sent directly to the supplier. Even the responses of the supplier can be interpreted by the program.

Easy2Bill will allow you to manage your price lists quickly in a simple way.
It will be possible for example
to clone a price list. A price characteristic in Easy2Bill is that they are not attributable by prefixes but by destinations.

You can bill to your customers while they use promotions. In fact, with our program, you will be able:

Every prefix is linked to a destination. If a prefix is linked to a destination that already exists and that has the same price, the price does not necessarily have to be encoded.
Currently we count more than 10,000 prefixes for the fixed lines.

- Bill generation in PDF and sending by e-mail
|
Easy2Bill would not be Easy2Bill if it did not allow you to generate your final bills. After the importation of the CDR, to the management of the prices and customers, you will be able to bill these.
In order to avoid useless work in the printing of a bill, a minimum bill is calculated with a maximum in time. Example: minimum of 15, reportable maximum on 3 months.
A bill will be created in the PDF format. The customers can receive their bill by e-mail with the PDF file attached.
